Direct IT’s Address Manager is a freestanding Municipal Address Management application, designed to rationalize and relate various address databases to a unified ‘standard’ database, managing complex links between addresses and people. All existing databases are then updated regularly with ‘clean’ data.

Functionality Model

The first step for the user involves compiling the multiple databases that have been created throughout the various departments and linking them directly to the Direct IT Address Manager application.

Address Manager then rationalizes all of the existing databases from the various departments, consolidates and cleans all the data…creating a ‘Standardized Address Database’ with the ‘clean’ data, which is then feed back to the original sources.
